50 grams of carbohydrates, 100mg of caffeine.
This is your rocket fuel.
No preservatives, no gelling agents, no added flavours, no over-complication. Neutral, bright taste and thin consistency reduces flavour fatigue and increases ease of consumption during longer efforts.
CAFFEINATED ORIGINAL FLAVOUR
No flavoUring is used, but our carbohydrate contents and acidity regulators give this energy gel a bright, sweet, and slightly citrus taste.
The caffeine content brings a mildly bitter taste, which is effectively masked by the gel's natural sweetness. At the same time, the bitterness of caffeine effectively cuts into the sweetness of the gel, making it a truly delicious and not-too-sweet energy gel.
NO PRESERVATIVES
We understand the sensitivity to preservatives, so we don't use them. We made our product shelf stable by achieving a balance between pH and water activity.
VEGAN FRIENDLY & GLUTEN FREE
This gel is gluten free and suitable for plant-based athletes.
INGREDIENTS

Why is this more expensive than the Carbs Fuel Original Energy Gel?
Caffeine has the most benefit when it is taken at the appropriate time and in the appropriate amounts.
For example, during a short, high intensity race or workout, taking one caffeine gel 15 minutes before the start would be ideal.
During a longer race, taking one caffeine gel during the middle of the race when fatigue begins to onset and another caffeine gel towards the end of the race when fatigue is at its greatest would be best to feel the greatest benefits.
Keep in mind your own sensitivity to caffeine and always experiment with your caffeine consumption strategy during your training sessions to see what works best for you.
What is the consistency of the Carbs Fuel energy gel?
The Carbs Fuel energy gel has a low viscosity, or thin consistency, thanks to our unique carbohydrate sources and decision to avoid gelling agents.
