I’ve had a hard time finding the Maurten Gels with caffeine in Canada. My daughter’s XC coach had been sourcing them in Europe and it was so wonderful to find them available here at a competitive price. My daughter thinks these Gels are the best for her long distance races.
Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
