If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, for any reason, we will promptly replace the item or provide a refund of its purchase price per the following guidelines:

Defective Products

As part of the quality assurance of our chosen products, our products undergo strict quality assurance procedures.

However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please immediately contact info@sea2skynutrition.ca and send us a photo of the defect so that we can review the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the product or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Sea2Sky Sports Nutrition.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with product purchased from us please contact info@sea2skynutrition.ca.

We cannot process exchanges due to food safety regulations, however, if you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Sea2Sky Sports Nutrition.

Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of their delivery date and accompanied with proof of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, no more than 10% of the product may be missing from product.

Refunds

Unless otherwise requested, refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank.
