Why is it so complicated and expensive to fuel properly?
This question inspired us to create Carbs Fuel.
You're probably tired of hearing it - athletes are now consuming 90-120+ grams of carbs every hour. Eating more carbohydrates during your workouts will help you feel better during your activities and will improve your athletic performance.
The problem was, products weren't formulated with that type of consumption in-mind. Products weren't dense enough or affordable enough for the everyday athlete to consistently hit their high-carb goals.
It could be feasible for a pro that gets handed bottles and free nutrition from a team car, but what about normal people? How do we carry that much? How can we afford that much?
