The actual gel is fine. Tastes good and goes down easily. However, the gel packaging does not open well, especially while running. It either tears partially and nothing comes out, or it tears completely and the whole top is ripped off

I’m typically not a fan of caffeinated gels flavour because I don’t like the caffeine after taste but with the cherry favouring in this honey gels you barely get that caffeine aftertaste. Really enjoyed this honey gel
I think it’s working. The broccoli taste is strong
If you don’t like broccoli this might not be the one for you. That broccoli flavour it strong, definitely have to take it quickly. That being said, I do think I made starting to notice the benefits, I like to take it before a long run and recently before a race and notice a difference in recovery!
Maple based energy that competes with the typical gels. A better for you gel that I train and race on. Great taste. 5 stars.

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
