Loved most of the flavours! Tried these mainly for some long runs while 1/2 marathon training. Did not upset my stomach on a 20km long run
Break down of the flavours:
Orange was yummy!
Passion fruit was yummy too!
The citrus reminded of a freezy for first taste
The fruit punch reminded me of kids cough medicine
And berry was good!
For the caffeinated gels:
Not a fan of the unflavoured
Unfortunately no cola flavour so can’t review
I got two espressos and sadly can’t consume coffee but I gifted them to a friend a they enjoyed the flavour.
Overall lovely mix of gels! I think I prefer these to the Maurten gels though these are definitely more of a syrup not solid texture.
Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
