Used these heavily while running a 2-day race in the Blue Mountain area of Ontario... it was hot, I was tired, and these were AMAZING. I find I work best with real food, and this was perfect. The taste was excellent - definitely could taste the cherry, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Texture was perfect - I've had other honey gels and found them to be too thick; this was super runny (possibly due to heat?!), so went down easy. Love the added boost of caffeine.

Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
