It's a decent product. I do agree with other reviewers that the opening is quite small and makes consuming on the go just a little difficult. Otherwise, taste is reasonable enough for a gel and found this one to be easy on the stomach.

Ok product, poor packaging
The gel’s opening is so small that they are very very difficult to consume while in motion. The taste is also little bit sour. Definitely prefer the PF30 chew here.

good value as for the price you get a lot of gel in each packet, almost a gel and half compared to other brands

I’m typically not a fan of caffeinated gels flavour because I don’t like the caffeine after taste but with the cherry favouring in this honey gels you barely get that caffeine aftertaste. Really enjoyed this honey gel
Maple based energy that competes with the typical gels. A better for you gel that I train and race on. Great taste. 5 stars.

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
