Taste is good. Packaging rips easily. One thing is there is no sodium. This is good for me, as I like to control sodium intake with another supplement.
I take Nomio before every long run, or race and it definitely shortens my recovery time, which is why this is not my first time using it.
Kudos to Sea2sky for getting my order to me well ahead of the ETA.

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
