Zero calories, so I would personally use this as a pre/post workout as opposed to using it during a workout where I’d opt for a carb drink mix.
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
