Good taste and texture , very filling and satisfying provided good sustained energy . For me would usually take one at about the two hour mark on a long ride

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
