I appreciated the efficiency and great personal approach of Sea2sky for shipping me the ketoneIQ. The challenge was not about the effectiveness of the product but the taste was so metallic that it was difficult to use, tasting so much like chemicals rather than flavor that I have chosen not to take more than one. Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
