The actual gel is fine. Tastes good and goes down easily. However, the gel packaging does not open well, especially while running. It either tears partially and nothing comes out, or it tears completely and the whole top is ripped off

Easy on the GI tract just a reminder to take with water . Nice flavourless option for those dealing with palate fatigue . Just a bit pricy . Texture is a bit different but I found easy to adjust to

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
