Suggested Use

Before: Solid 160 can be used before training to load carbohydrates. It’s a pre-race breakfast or snack in the days leading up to a big goal.

During: Solid is a fuel to consume during low-to-medium intensity endurance sessions over 2 hours. It helps add variety and texture into your fueling.

After: Hard training sessions or races should be rewarded. Solid is a great tool for replenishing carbohydrates quickly.

Recently switched from SiS to Maurten, mainly because the taste of SiS products are waaay too strong/sweet. I use Maurten Solid (vanilla and chocolate) mainly during training, and more gels for races.
