It's so nice to have fuel and hydration in one product. The mixture is not thick, goes down like water, and has a nice mild flavour. It mixes very easily in my bottle.
Love that all the ingredients are simple and clean. I find the flavour is nicely balanced, I usually have one in the morning and another one pre-post workout to make up for all the lost sodium. Will be restocking on these
Used these heavily while running a 2-day race in the Blue Mountain area of Ontario... it was hot, I was tired, and these were AMAZING. I find I work best with real food, and this was perfect. The taste was excellent - definitely could taste the cherry, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Texture was perfect - I've had other honey gels and found them to be too thick; this was super runny (possibly due to heat?!), so went down easy. Love the added boost of caffeine.
Found this at the Rotary Ride for Rescue and purchased a small pack of 12.

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
