Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

easy to digest
these are great. usually high carb upsets my stomach during exercise but not these. Great texture and delicious.
SiS isotonic gels are way easier to consume while running than solid energy bars or even thicker gels. It took me almost a kilometer to eat a solid bar whereas the SiS gels went down in three easy swallow with no chewing and no break in the pace.
