Good mix of products as a starter to see what works best from pre-workout to in workout to post-workout. Haven't tried them all yet, but so far all products have been good.
As my partner always says, energy bars taste 'healthy' and no branding can get past that, even as it includes the word 'brownie.' But to my surprise, these are quite taste for 'healthy', AND--big bonus for those of us with nut allergies--contains pumpkin but no nuts. A pleasant surprise, all around!
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
