But to my surprise, these are quite taste for 'healthy', AND--big bonus for those of us with nut allergies--contains pumpkin but no nuts. A pleasant surprise, all around!

I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
