Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

Wow I just love these snack bars solid great quality meat and fat amazing instead of grain or sugar based snacks on the go. Love the honey lime the best and then the blueberry apple second. Most of all they are from Alberta and very reasonably priced for what you get. love love them thank you

These bars taste great! They are like a cookie in bar form. A little low in protein and high in sugar but I suppose that's the price you pay for great taste.
