Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Unfortunately the Skratch High-Carb mix bag was broken and had spilled in the box. We didn't lose a lot, but now it's incredibly messy to scoop and use. I think you just jammed too many things in the box and something cut the bag.
Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
