I heard about these very late in my training for Canadian Death Race 2026. I did one ‘test’ run to check for GI issues, and decided to risk it for race day. Risk was worth it! These pouches were easier to carry for the amount of nutrition; the only adjustment I made was adding sodium as they don’t have enough for my needs. Love the watermelon and lemon/lime mint chews by Precision. I tried them for the first time at Alpenglow and fell in love with the easy taste and texture. Precision is my new go to gel and chew! Was using Huma gels before and still like those too.
Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
