The strength of this bundle is that you can try a bunch of gels to find out which ones you like best. I definately did not like all the products that came in this box, but I am glad not to buy a larger quantity of something I don't like. I also found a few that were great.
This would be best for someone who is looking for a new gel (or a few) to fuel their runs.
I was pleasantly surprised with this gel. For ultra runs I have had so many stomach issues with sugary gels and high carb gels. Muir has been a game changer for me personally. The texture of this gel is easy to take in, the molasses makes it easy to swallow. It is not too sweet, and the lemon gives it the perfect mix of flavours.
I’ve taken this gel as my primary fuel running 50km and did not get taste fatigued and did not have the usual stomach issues.
Found this at the Rotary Ride for Rescue and purchased a small pack of 12.

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
