Suggested Use

Use 15-20 grams for a daily dose or 30-40 grams for a ceremonial dose. Add the Cacao to a saucepan, pour a little milk or water to the pan and let it melt into a thick paste. Once melted add the rest of the liquid, heat and enjoy. Best with oat, nut milk or dairy for an indelgent treat. Optionally add spices like cayenne pepper, cinnamon or nutmeg.
