Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

Good flavours
I like the liquid texture, mild flavour and these aren’t bad on my stomach. I go through a variety of gels (I like to mix it up) and these always stay on the rotation for long runs and races
good value as for the price you get a lot of gel in each packet, almost a gel and half compared to other brands
plus the sodium levels meet me needs. good on the stomach
I’m typically not a fan of caffeinated gels flavour because I don’t like the caffeine after taste but with the cherry favouring in this honey gels you barely get that caffeine aftertaste. Really enjoyed this honey gel
I think it’s working. The broccoli taste is strong
If you don’t like broccoli this might not be the one for you. That broccoli flavour it strong, definitely have to take it quickly. That being said, I do think I made starting to notice the benefits, I like to take it before a long run and recently before a race and notice a difference in recovery!
Using them for a triathlon as my fuel and they are the best, easy to digest without needing water to follow. Good size to strap onto the bike too!
