Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

I love these gels. They are a very neutral flavor, thin texture so they go down more like water than a thick sticky gel. Will be using them + the Carbs fuel drink mix for my upcoming 50 Mile this weekend!
