Got these in several flavors and have tried the Lemon Lime so far. Really nice texture, a true gel that goes down easily without much water needed and does not feel sticky. Package was easy to open as well. No upset stomach with these gels.
I started using SIS Beta on the recommendation from my coach. It was a great call. Super easy on my stomach, not too sweet, easy to get down. They powered me through a 100k in the desert, when nothing else was working. Highly recommend.
Looking forward to trying all of the things. I'm in a training plan and building up to longer runs where fuel will be necessary. This pack is a great way to sample and try things to find what's best for me

Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.
