Sève Endurance is a Montréal-based energy gel brand built on one simple idea: fuel that works with your body, not against it. Our gels are made with pure Canadian maple syrup, no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, and formulated with citrate electrolytes that are gentle on the gut and built for training day after day, not just race day.

Per 38 g gel: 26 g carbohydrate from Grade A Québec maple, 190 mg sodium and 125 mg potassium as citrates, 100 calories. No caffeine.

Real maple, not maltodextrin
Maple sugar is sucrose, which is glucose and fructose in equal parts. No maltodextrin anywhere in the range.
Two sugars, one syrup
Glucose and fructose in a 1:1 ratio, as they occur in maple. Why that matters. Maltodextrin is glucose only. Glucose crosses the gut through one transporter, and a single-sugar strategy tops out around 60g an hour. Push past that through one gate and the surplus sits in your stomach. Fructose opens a second gate
Citrate, not chloride
Sodium and potassium as citrates rather than as table salt: 190 mg sodium and 125 mg potassium per gel. The reasoning, and its limits, are on the science page.
26 grams, every 20 to 30 minutesOne gel, one interval. Small and repeated rather than one large dose. Plan the count with the Fuel Guide.
Three ingredients
Maple syrup, sodium citrate, potassium citrate. That is the whole label.

Suggested Use

How and when to take it
Start fuelling early
Take your first gel within the first 20 to 30 minutes, before you feel like you need it.
Then every 20 to 30 minutes
26 grams at a time, on a steady schedule. The Fuel Guide sets the number for your event.
Always with water
The gel carries carbohydrate and electrolytes, not fluid. Drink alongside it.
Rehearse it in training
Do not run a new fuelling plan for the first time on race day.
