Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

Fits a fueling need!
I love this stuff! I am a heavy sweater and have cramping issues. I have found that higher sodium is my magic! Sometimes I just mix a higher sodium liquid, but other times I lime to be able to grab just water and use the gels for my carbs and sodium. These are fantastic. I use both the tegar and these salted ones depending on my sodium needs. But 2 of these an hour with in course water in my last 50k was great, and easy! An excellent weapon to have in the nutrition arsenal.

The product itself is cool- I would never have otherwise tried such a variety of brands and flavours to validate which fuels I enjoy more and test out combinations that hit my in-activity carb goals

A good way to get a little extra salt in during longer endurance events. I though this was a great buy. 4-stars only because it was hard to open the pack and consume while riding.
Similar packaging as the caffeine free option but I found the taste to be much worse. Also, found they were a bit tough on the stomach. Overall, OK for a caffeine gel.
It's a decent product. I do agree with other reviewers that the opening is quite small and makes consuming on the go just a little difficult. Otherwise, taste is reasonable enough for a gel and found this one to be easy on the stomach.
