Really good and not like the rest
I have been really enjoying the Muir Energy gels. The flavour is great. The simple ingredient list is awesome. I like that they are different from most gels on the market. Instead of being only carbs it also contains some protein which I find works well for me, especially for longer runs.

I've been using Nomio for the past 8 weeks of marathon training, and I've been having the best workouts of my life. Correlation is not causation but I'm a believer.
I'm using one shot 3 hours before and another before bed after really hard sessions, so usually about 4 shots a week. I feel like I can push harder at the ends of hard efforts and recover better afterwards.

good value as for the price you get a lot of gel in each packet, almost a gel and half compared to other brands
plus the sodium levels meet me needs. good on the stomach
I’m typically not a fan of caffeinated gels flavour because I don’t like the caffeine after taste but with the cherry favouring in this honey gels you barely get that caffeine aftertaste. Really enjoyed this honey gel
